Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of namedorm at namedorm.com(“the service”). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What the service does
namedorm reads a short brief you provide and uses AI to suggest brandable domain names, then checks their availability and estimated registration price against third-party data sources.
2. Estimates are not guarantees
Availability and pricing are estimates derived from third-party sources (DNS/RDAP and registrar APIs) and can change at any moment. A domain shown as available may be taken by the time you try to register it, and the final price is the one shown by the registrar at checkout. We do not guarantee that any domain is available, registerable, or available at the estimated price.
3. No legal or trademark advice
Generated names and any scores or signals are creative suggestions, not legal advice. We do not verify that a name is free of trademarks or other third-party rights. You are responsible for performing your own trademark, legal, and availability checks before adopting or registering a name.
4. Registration happens elsewhere
namedorm does not sell or register domains. When you choose to register a domain, you are directed to a third-party registrar and complete the purchase under that registrar’s own terms and pricing. We are not a party to that transaction.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to circumvent the service’s rate limits or security measures.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe rights.
- Do not submit content you are not permitted to share. Your brief is sent to our AI provider to generate results.
6. Intellectual property
Names generated for you are suggestions and are not granted to you exclusively — the same or similar names may be suggested to others. The namedorm name, brand, and site are our property.
7. Service provided “as is”
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your needs.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on availability or pricing estimates, lost domains, or third-party registrar transactions.
9. Changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and may update these terms, at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Karabük, Turkey have jurisdiction over any dispute.
